La Trobe University

La Trobe University’s Net Zero program will see the university lead the way to become carbon neutral by 2029. As part of this journey, Solgen Energy installed over 7,000 solar panels on more than 27 buildings at its Bundoora Campus in Melbourne. Providing 2.1MW of solar across multiple buildings, at their peak, the panels will supply up to 50% of the campus’ daytime power usage.

Testimonial – “Through clean energy we will save the University about $615,000 per year, and will continue to reduce our costs for the next 25 years” – Prof. John Dewar, Vice Chancellor and President
